Vitrintec participated in the "Active for Forests" campaign, organized in partnership with posadzimy.pl. For over two weeks, company employees collected kilometers in a dedicated app, and their activity was transformed into tree planting.
As many as 40 Vitrintec employees participated in the challenge. Each employee could choose the form of exercise that suited them best: running, cycling, walking, or other outdoor activities. Participants tracked their results in real-time on the app, monitored the team's progress, and motivated each other to continue.
The initiative was very well-received by employees. The challenge not only encouraged the team to be more active but also influenced their daily habits. Bicycles were increasingly seen instead of cars outside the company's headquarters, and after work, employees even arranged to run together in the nearby forest.
At the end of the campaign, the company has prepared small gifts for active participants that will remind them of the shared challenge and commitment.
Participation in the Active for Forests campaign was a valuable employee initiative, integrating the team around a healthy lifestyle, shared motivation and care for the environment.
