  • PKB Cluster Council: The Strategic Voice of Experienced Industry Leaders
The Polish Construction Cluster Council is a key advisory, strategic, and inspirational body for the PKB Management Board. It was established to support the cluster's dynamic development, initiate groundbreaking projects, and strengthen PKB's position as a Key National Cluster in the economic and public spheres. The Council is not a control body, but an active partner representing the interests of the cluster's members, contributing expert knowledge, and helping shape the organization's strategic directions. Its mission is to build the prestige, potential, and effectiveness of the Polish Construction Cluster through active consulting, creating development initiatives, strengthening the community, and promoting the cluster's values. From June 2025 to December 2026, the Council is implementing an ambitious Strategic Action Plan, focusing on strengthening the community, promoting knowledge, B2B cooperation, cluster representation, and influencing public policies.

Composition of the Council

The Polish Construction Cluster Council comprises a maximum of 25 distinguished representatives of cluster member companies, universities, and institutions, selected by the PKB Management Board. These are experienced leaders, experts, and ambassadors in their fields, representing diverse communities – from innovative enterprises, through renowned research institutions, to key business-related institutions. This structure guarantees a broad perspective and decision-making based on comprehensive knowledge. The Council members' term of office is three years. The Council elects a Chairperson and an eight-member Presidium, who serve as thematic leaders and support ongoing work and communication.
