Services of the Polish Construction Cluster

The Polish BIM Center offers comprehensive assistance in the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology , supporting digital transformation in the construction sector.

  • BIM Demonstration Building: A space fully designed and built using BIM technology, serving as a model example of implementation.
  • IT and hardware infrastructure: Workstations with modern computers and BIM software and licenses (including BIM Collaborate CLOUD, Build-Unlimited CLOUD, AEC Collection, Autodesk AutoCAD, Wood Framing Suite and CNC exporters for Weinmann and Hundegger).

• Specialized training: The offer includes architectural surveys using point clouds, training for BIM coordinators, public procurement in BIM, building structures and BIM libraries, product digitization, and LiDAR laser scanning.
• Consulting services: Comprehensive support in BIM implementation in enterprises, needs analysis, integration with existing project management systems and advice on the digitization of construction products.

Klickhouse.pl is a modern online platform that allows users to independently design houses using traditional or modular technology.

• Main features: Access to a wide selection of ready-made designs with the option to modify the layout, style and finishing materials using an intuitive online configurator, as well as a preliminary construction cost estimate.
• Cooperation and implementation: The platform connects investors with modular home manufacturers and building material suppliers, offering discounts on finishing materials, among other things.

The service supports companies in the construction industry in successfully entering foreign markets and building a strong international position.

A comprehensive education and implementation program designed to raise awareness of sustainability, social responsibility and corporate governance ( ESG ) in the construction sector.

  • Owners and management staff: Strategic ESG aspects, non-financial reporting and long-term development strategies.
  • Architects and designers: ESG-compliant design and use of ecological materials.
  • Contractors and installers: ESG standards on construction sites, waste management and occupational safety.
• Study visits: Observation of good ESG practices in manufacturing companies and institutions.
• Promotional activities and publications: State of the art research, industry conferences, and development and distribution ESG Good Practice Guide.

Research service carried out as part of the leadership of the Polish Construction Cluster in the area of ​​Smart Specialization "Eco-innovations" in the Podlaskie Voivodeship.

• Main goals: Monitoring the status and development prospects of eco-innovation, identifying barriers and opportunities in the region, and providing strategic reports for business, science, and local governments.
• Research methodology: Economic climate research, individual interviews (IDI), group interviews (FGI), quantitative research (CATI) and desk research analysis.

The "Podlasie Industry 4.0" project is a comprehensive support program implemented in cooperation with the Polish Advisory and Consulting Association, co-financed by the European Union under the European Funds for Podlasie 2021–2027 program. This initiative focuses on implementing innovation, digitization, and modern business models in the region.
