Omega's mission is to ensure the effective development of its clients by providing the highest quality services in the design and production of wiring harnesses and the assembly of electrical and electronic devices. We realize our mission through the continuous development of the team we build. The company's vision is the goal the organization strives for at a given moment, and therefore it may change, as once a goal is achieved, a new one is defined. Omega's vision is to become a Gold Supplier to the most demanding customers in the electric vehicle and renewable energy sectors. This means bringing the company's internal processes to the highest level of quality and adopting the principle of continuous improvement as the guiding principle for all Omega team members. Values act as guideposts. We refer to them when disagreements arise, when decisions are uncertain, so that the interests of all members of the organization, its customers, and its suppliers, are met. However, in order to be able to use them in moments of crisis, you need to learn to act on them on a daily basis.
