We extend an invitation to the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers, a strategic partner of the Innovative 45+ Job Fair "Work Without a Date." The fair will be held on October 13 and 14, 2026, at Galeria Młociny in Warsaw , from 10:00 AM to 18:00 PM on both days. Admission is free.
The event is primarily aimed at people over 45 who are looking for work, want to return to work after a break, or are considering a career change. It's also an opportunity for employers who want to meet experienced candidates and learn how to better utilize the skills of older workers. For member companies of the Polish Construction Cluster facing staff shortages, this can be a valuable opportunity for recruitment interviews.
The fair is organized by the Heart & Mind Foundation, which has been dedicated to the professional activation of people aged 45+ and fostering intergenerational collaboration in the workplace for several years. This year, the fair took place in Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Młociny. The Warsaw Employment Office is the content partner for the Warsaw edition, and the Mayor of Warsaw is the honorary patron.
The Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers is presenting research results from the "Silver Sector: Potential for the Labor Market" project at the fair. ZPP experts are also participating in podcasts dedicated to this project and the challenges related to the professional activity of people over 50. At the stand, you can learn about the key findings from the study and how companies can better utilize the knowledge, skills, and experience of employees over 50.
